Lori, our practice lead on Account Management & Strategic Planning, has spearheaded our successful Account & Planning placement team with the same verve and gusto that first got her started at O’Hare. Her experiences working account management for Proctor & Gamble at Grey gives her insight and first-hand wisdom to serve both sides of the business. She and her team work with industry leaders and exciting up-and-comers. Lori has 2 super children who are growing up too fast, loves great restaurants, skiing and tennis.

Formerly of JWT and Saatchi, currently making talent and their new bosses very happy, Marie is our Creative and Technology practice lead. She’s long been immersed in the world of advertising– her career as a creative services manager makes her our talent insider, our creative placement expert. She glides thru the matchmaking process with a breadth of contacts and intimate knowledge of the creative style and vision. Marie is mom to a talented equestrian daughter, loves horses, and dogs.

Digital Media
—Mary Gallic

Our Digital Media practice leader joined O’Hare after working for McCann/SF, KB&P, and Carat/NY. Her agency years, fearless tenacity tempered by an insider’s understanding of the agency scheme, and all-around congenial personality have made Mary one of the industry’s leading digital media placement specialists. Many a department and career has been bettered by her steady hand and dedication. A mom to 3 beautiful kids she enjoys the beach, Florida, and good fiction.

—Marjory Frummer

Media Planners, Supervisors, Analysts, buyers, and media professionals are quick to recognize the vision and expertise with which Marjory navigates media departments. After leading a major media department, she’s our Media Buying and Planning practice leader. She’s got the skill to help media professionals make important career steps, and the experience to know when an opportunity makes sense. Marjory has a wonderful daughter, loves Manhattan, sushi and getting away on weekends.

—Joan Nealon

Joan is our Media Leadership practice lead, ushering many of the industry’s luminaries to their next positions. Her empathy and knowledge come from extensive agency experience, with emphases in packaged goods, automotive, and consumer products. She focuses on media planning, research, and buying for supervisors, AMDs, GMDs, and MDs. Joan has two athletic boys, loves playing the piano, singing and her farmhouse in the country.

If you’re going to know someone in the advertising world, it’s good to know someone skilled at connecting people. Kurt O’Hare, owner, founder, and principle of O’Hare & Associates, is one of those types. In fact, he’s one of the “100 Media People to Know,” according to Media Magazine. Since he’s a hands-on type of leader; you can trust Kurt to get you where you want to go, what you need. Kurt has 3 grown kids, loves fly fishing, photography, and barbecuing.

Talent Manager
—Jennifer Flood

Jenn learned the media business at Universal McCann and Carat and rounded out her HR skills at Mindshare. She leads our out-of-town efforts for media candidates and clients, while juggling two very special kids. Jenn loves good wine, 3 day weekends and vacationing in the Bahamas. Jenn has two perfect boys, loves travel, wine and the beach.

Office Manager
—Josie Proulx

Josie is an accomplished business manager with experience in Brokerage, PR and Consulting but says we are the craziest bunch she’s ever worked with. Armed with a whip and a chair she keeps the business side of the office running smoothly. A consummate “get it done” person she is a professional chef and food blogger, singer and the best big sister her little sister could ever have.
